Prepare Trash Properly
Residents place their trash bin outside their apartment door during their designated community pick-up time for our valet trash services.
- Place all waste in the 13-gal trash bin provided by us.
- A second bag can be placed on top for pickup but no more than a max of 2 bags.
- Tie your trash bags.
- Double bag any pet waste.
- Avoid placing any loose, sharp, or broken objects.
- Be mindful of double bagging any ripped trash bags.
